Like Clark, Lejeune now has the added pressure of Lascelles breathing down his neck, waiting for his chance to return to the starting XI.
He did what he could to try and marshal a Leicester attack filled with pace and trickery, but there were still moments in which he looked to be lacking the necessary attributes to deny their threat.
It was unfortunate that Leicester’s second goal deflected off his back and into the net, but he could have completely stopped the attack had he cut out the ball prior to Marc Albrighton’s knock down, instead choosing to sit deep and paying the price.
