Ayoze Perez (Attacking midfielder) – 7: While he has been widely panned by the Newcastle faithful this season, the clash at the Hawthorns was one of his best displays. Bright, inventive and with a point to prove, he linked the midfield and attack in a way which has been desperately lacking in recent weeks.
Joselu (Striker) – 5: Enough is enough for the Spanish striker. While he had more of an impact than he did against Watford, he was nowhere near good enough to be leading the line and will simply not net you the goals needed to survive in the Premier League.
