Newcastle star with 88% pass completion in international clash is now ready to explode
Nick Woltemade was on target once again for Germany in their 6-0 rampant victory over Slovakia on 17 November.
The towering German striker’s start to life on Tyneside since arriving in the summer has certainly garnered attention from club all over Europe.
Former Man United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Bayern Munich are tracking Woltemade after missing out on him last summer.
Despite the interest, Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness exclusively told Football Insider that he doesn’t envision Woltemade leaving Newcastle anytime soon.

Woltemade delivers on international duty as Eddie Howe set to be ecstatic
Newcastle fans were treated to a Woltemade brace on 14 November in Germany’s 2-0 victory over Luxembourg and the forward delivered yet again in his second match of the international break.
The 23-year-old was on the money for Julian Nagelsmann against Slovakia, heading in an ideal opportunity from a corner in the 18th minute to put his side into the lead.
The number 27 wasn’t just ruthlessly clinical in front of goal either as he racked up three key passes, including one big chance created to add creativity to his game.

The former Stuttgart man was also careful with the ball, completing 35 of his 40 passes with an 88 per cent completion rate.
Given the six-foot-six forward had gone three games in all competitions without a goal for the Toon, Eddie Howe would’ve been delighted to see him notch three goals during the November internationals.
Newcastle to rely on home form to be catalyst in turning around Premier League away form
The Magpies have struggled away from home of late in the English top-flight, losing their last three trips on the road.
The glaring issue presents a problem for Howe as he tries to rectify Newcastle‘s struggles away from St James’ Park.

Yet, one of the ways the Toon can get back on track is by continuing their impressive home form to hopefully ignite the spark that will help them deliver on the road.
Hosting Man City on 22 November, the Magpies will be looking to extend their home-winning streak to six games as they take on Pep Guardiola’s monstrous side.
Woltemade will be called upon to cause the Cityzens trouble at the back with his immense height, strength as well as his aerial ability.
