Neymar Jr sends X-rated message as goodbye post shared on Instagram
Neymar has had a hectic few months back at his boyhood club Santos.
The former PSG star returned to the place where his career first began back in January, after his contract in Saudi Arabia was terminated by Al-Hilal.
Neymar’s time with Al-Hilal was badly hampered by injuries throughout his 18-month spell in the Middle East, and that prompted a return to his homeland at the start of 2025 in a bid to make a last-minute push to reach his country’s 2026 World Cup squad.
The 33-year-old has made headlines recently for delaying knee surgery to play in the final few games of the season for Santos, and he even netted a stunning hat-trick against Juventude to preserve their top-flight status.

Neymar reacts to Thiago Silva’s emotional Instagram post
The Brazilian league has seen several big stars return in recent years, with Thiago Silva leaving Chelsea at the end of his contract in 2024, and moving back to Fluminense.
The centre-back played for the Rio de Janeiro outfit before he moved to Europe to join AC Milan in 2009, and helped them to qualify for the Copa Libertadores at the end of their league campaign.
Silva had been under contract with Fluminense until next summer, but he had his deal terminated by the club earlier this week, since months before he was potentially due to depart.
The 41-year-old has now been left without a club just months away from the World Cup, which he had seemingly hoped would act as a swansong for his storied career.
The former Chelsea captain took to Instagram to share an emotional goodbye message after leaving Fluminense, as he wrote that their colours would “always run through” his veins.

Neymar replied to the post with an X-rated comment to his international teammate, as he wrote: “Voce e fode” followed by a heart emoji, which translates into English as “You are f**ked.”
AC Milan eye Thiago Silva return in January
Silva’s departure from Chelsea had seemingly signalled the end of his involvement with European football, but that may no longer be the case after his release from Fluminense.
The veteran could now be set to return to another of his former clubs, with AC Milan understood to be keen to bring him back into their ranks as a defensive reinforcement this winter, according to ESPN.
Porto have also made an enquiry over the defender’s availability, while Silva himself is said to prefer the idea of a move to England, with his family still believed to be based in London.
As a result, a stunning return to the Premier League could even become a possibility this winter, over a year after many people assumed that Silva had played his last game in English football.
