Nottingham Forest fans have been left fuming after the Premier League made the decision to reject their points deduction appeal.

Forest had been handed a four-point deduction for a breach of profit and sustainability rules before their attempt to see the tally reduced.

The decision to reject their appeal, according to the Premier League [7 May], as they found the commission was correct to impose the sanction.

With Forest and Everton having received points deduction this season, questions remain about the fate of Manchester City.
