Nuno will be thrilled as Paratici talks for ‘high calibre’ Tottenham signing reported – pundit
Nuno Espirito Santo will be delighted at the prospect of Tottenham signing Bayern Munich midfielder Corentin Tolisso on a free transfer.
The former Leeds striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted the 27-year-old would be a low risk, high reward capture for Spurs.
As reported by Italian outlet Calcio Mercato (28th October), managing director Fabio Paratici has opened preliminary talks with Tolisso’s representatives over a potential move to Spurs.

The Italian is reportedly a big fan of the France international.
The report claims the Bayern star to have decided not to sign a new contract in Germany.
As such, he will become a free agent next summer.
Foreign clubs like Tottenham will be able to agree a pre-contract deal come the turn of the year.
Whelan hailed Paratici for opening talks in a bid to get the deal done early.
He suggested the prospect of such a high-calibre signing would be “music to Nuno’s ears”.
Whelan told Football Insider’s Russell Edge: “The technical director (Paratici) is doing his job.
“He’s sourcing these players, very good quality players at very good footballing establishments like Bayern Munich. An international player at that as well.
“So you can’t really go too far wrong on a pre-contract with somebody of that high calibre. Tottenham striking first for deals and looking to improve their squad. That is probably what Nuno wants.

“That’ll be music to his ears, getting in a player that’s going to be competing in that midfield area.
“Bolstering that midfield gives him more options. On a pre-contract without forking out millions and millions of pounds, you can’t really go wrong with that.”
