Pundit issues ‘amazing’ Andy Robertson claim after Liverpool latest
Liverpool are set for a “boost” with the “magical” Andy Roberton set to return to full fitness.
That’s according to former Rangers and Scotland boss Alex McLeish, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the defender’s form.
Robertson, 28, is currently sidelined with a hamstring complaint but is expected to return soon after the international break.

As quoted by the Independent on 12 September, Jurgen Klopp revealed the 27-year-old will be out for “at least” three weeks with a knee injury.
The full-back has made eight appearances for a struggling Liverpool this season, featuring in only three wins so far.
McLeish insists the Scotland defender is a big miss for the Reds and they will be boosted by his return.
“Andy has a top, 100% mentality,” McLeish told Football Insider’s Ben Wild.
“He has come through an amazing career of progressing through Queen’s Park and now he’s making strides under Klopp.
“He never gave up after not making it at Celtic and he went down to England with that magical left foot. He was a winger at first and you can see where his attacking prowess comes from.
“There was a period before he cemented that place in the Liverpool team, he was still young. He has matured into a world-class player.
“Liverpool miss him when he isn’t there so it might just give them that boost they need when he returns.”

The Reds are next in action against Brighton on 1 October.
They then return to Champions League action against Rangers on 4 October.
