Pundit on Liverpool accepting ‘£25m’ Naby Keita bid after source’s reveal
Liverpool will not consider selling Naby Keita, according to Frank McAvennie.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Celtic, West Ham and Celtic striker suggested Liverpool will be happy with their midfield options and signing Jude Bellingham would be a bonus.
Keita has not featured for the Reds since a five minute cameo in the Community Shield due to injury but has entered the final year of his contract.

Sources told Football Insider on Friday (23 September) that the club have entered contract talks with the 27-year-old and are confident of securing an agreement.
Although his market value has diminished in recent seasons, the Reds do not want to lose him for free next summer.
Asked whether the club would still consider a sale at around the £25million mark, McAvennie told Football Insider correspondent Charlotte Cohen: “No, I don’t think so.
“I think Liverpool are happy with what they’ve got, even though they are not getting a game all the time.
“They’re bringing players in all the time. Elliott, what a player, but he’s not ready for the Premier League yet. He’s ready for a game here and there but he’s playing all the time and it’s showing.
“He’s a wonderful talent but it shows how much they miss Thiago, great player, absolutely wonderful. He’s injury prone but when he plays he pulls the strings, my god.
“I’d love to see him and Jude Bellingham in the same team, that would be worth the admission fee, that’s for sure.”

Keita moved to Anfield from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2018 for a £52.75million fee.
The Guinea international has scored 11 times and provided seven assists in 117 games across all competitions for Liverpool.
