Pundit issues Man United manager claim fans will ‘love’ after offer update from Romano
Antonio Conte is the right man to take Manchester United forward if they sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
That’s according to former West Ham hitman Frank McAvennie, speaking exclusively to Football Insider
As reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano (October 25th), Conte is “ready to accept” an offer to take charge at Old Trafford.

According to the Telegraph (October 26th), club chiefs have given Solskjaer three more games to turn things around after last weekend’s 5-0 loss to Liverpool.
McAvennie insists it is a matter of time before Solskjaer is sacked and claimed Conte is the “perfect” candidate to take the reigns at Old Trafford.
“Conte is the one, he’s perfect,” McAvennie told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“If Man United want an instant return to form and a manager who will take no rubbish from the players, it’s Conte.
“Some people are saying Zidane but I just don’t see that. He’s a winner but he doesn’t have that Premier League experience.
“Conte has been here and done it. He did it in some style as well.
“No Man United fan would complain if their side played like Conte’s Chelsea. They would love it.
“He demands a lot from his players though. Would the likes of Ronaldo be happy with that?
“Who knows. All I know is they have to make a change. I’m certain we won’t be having these conversations for much longer.
“It’s a matter of time before Ole goes.”

Man United sit seventh in the Premier League.
They are already eight points adrift of leaders Chelsea.
