Pundit shreds Kai Havertz as five Chelsea stars put up for sale
Frank McAvennie “can’t understand” why Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is being overlooked by Chelsea and Graham Potter this season.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former West Ham striker insists the Blues are “desperate” for a goal scorer amid their recent struggles in the Premier League.
Football Insider sources revealed last month (18 February) that Chelsea will put as many as five first-team stars up for sale this summer.

The Blues are willing to offload Mason Mount, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Conor Gallagher.
Chelsea currently sit 10th in the Premier League on a six-game winless run, while scoring only once in their last five matches.
McAvennie was stunned by Potter’s decision to ignore Aubmeyang in recent weeks and questioned the striker’s attitude.
“I think they will sell plenty of players this summer, they’re not his players,” McAvennie told Football Insider.
“I think that’s why Graham Potter is getting time.
“I just can’t understand why a club of Chelsea’s size has not got a centre-forward – I just don’t get it.
“Kai Havertz is not for me, he might be good elsewhere but not for Chelsea – they’re desperate for a goalscorer right now.
“That will be their downfall if they don’t make it into Europe this season.
“The last manager pinned his hopes on Aubameyang and I don’t understand why he’s not near the team.
“There’s obviously something not right there, whether that be his attitude or not.

“Potter knows that he needs a centre-forward, but if Aubameyang isn’t willing to work then he won’t be around the team and will be leaving.
“It seemed like his attitude was wrong at Arsenal, and he’s obviously thrown his toys out at Chelsea too.“
