Expert: Rangers and Aaron Ramsey on same page over permanent switch as new details emerge
Aaron Ramsey is not interested in making his switch to Ibrox permanent – and the same goes for Rangers.
That is the view of injury expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in medicine and data analysis.
Ramsey, 31, joined Rangers on a shock six-month loan deal from Juventus in January.

But his time in Glasgow has been scuppered by injuries and he sustained a fresh hamstring issue in the 2-1 Scottish Cup semi-final win over Celtic last Sunday (17 April).
Per The Scotsman on Monday (18 April), Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the Welshman is not considering a permanent move to Ibrox.
And Dinnery claims that his recent injury history means that he and Rangers are likely singing from the same hymnsheet.
“You consider the budget before anything else,” he told Football Insider‘s Adam Williams.
“You have to look at how that impacts the rest of your squad and the players who are already in the team.
“But let’s say you’ve weighed up the pros and cons in terms of cost, it comes down to availability. That is a huge factor.
“There is no doubting his quality on his day, but there is nothing in recent history to suggest he’s capable of giving consistent high-level performances.
“So even besides the money issue, I would say at this stage it would be very difficult to see this one coming off.”

Ramsey will likely miss the Europa Leaugue semi-final first leg against RB Lepzig next Thursday (28 April).
He has supplied two assists in 491 minutes of action across 10 apperances in Scotland.
