Colombian bullied Dedryck Boyata and forced the Belgian into a number of mistakes as the Gers pushed forward and looked for their first league win over Celtic in six years.
Striker took an elbow to the face which led to Simunovic’s straight-red ten minutes into the second-half.
Link-up play was really good at times although Morelos found himself a bit isolated at times when the Gers’ tried to quickly break.
Unlucky not to make it 3-2 after 67 minutes when Ajer managed to block his shot before the Hoops went up the park and scored.
Horrendous miss in the final few minutes as he fired the ball onto the post from a yard out.
