Rangers expert suggests Glen Kamara could stay despite source’s new signing reveal
Alan Hutton has suggested Glen Kamara will stay at Rangers even if they sign Keanu Baccus.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gers defender said it would be beneficial to bring in a player like Baccus who knows the Scottish league well.
On 17 December, sources told this site that the Light Blues are plotting a move for the 24-year-old after an impressive World Cup display with Australia.

Kamara’s contract expires in 2025 and the Glasgow club are keen to bring in reinforcements to safeguard against potential exits.
Baccus has been included on the Gers’ wanted list heading into the January window under new boss Michael Beale.
The defensive midfielder has made 15 appearances for St Mirren this season and has scored two goal and provided one assist.
Hutton suggested Kamara would not need to quit for Baccus to join.
“It would not surprise me if Kamara stayed,” he told Football Insider.
“Baccus has done really well at St Mirren, he can be really happy with his performances.

“I think Rangers are looking far and wide for players but also those that have done well within the league, who know the league really well. I think that can definitely help.
“Rangers are in a situation where they have got a lot of players out of contract. They have a lot coming to the end of their career. So I think they are looking at all avenues which is good for Rangers.“
