Rangers fans explode as ‘horrific’ Ibrox image emerges after return v Dundee

Rangers fans have been left fuming after new images emerged of the new view from the back of the Copland Road stand during the win v Dundee.

Philippe Clement’s side cruised to a 3-0 win at home thanks to two goals from Cyriel Dessers and a penalty from James Tavernier, but fans’ focus has been taken elsewhere.

This was Gers’ first game at Ibrox this season, making their return after the Copland Road stand renovations, but supporters quickly noticed a problem.

As per images and a video doing the rounds on social media, the standing view from the stand now appears to have a restricted view due to the renovations.

The roof of the lower tier covers half of the pitch, and despite supporters claiming the whole field is visible when sitting, many have been left disappointed.

Questions are set to be asked of the Rangers board as a result, while many fans at Ibrox have slammed the new images and insisted their view was unaffected by the changes.

Rangers fans fume as new Copland Stand images drop at Ibrox

Rangers had played their opening games of the season at Hampden Park while waiting for the work to be completed at Ibrox, and were finally able to make their return.

However, with many fans apparently stunned by their new restricted view, their homecoming victory has been spoilt by yet another error by the club.

As a result, fans have been left fuming at the latest development, with one insisting he would be giving up his season ticket as a result.

However, many leapt to the club’s defence as they claimed their view from the same stand was “fine” – raising questions about the video doing the rounds.
