Rangers fans react on Twitter to Kenny Miller comeback v Dundee

Rangers striker Kenny Miller returned to the starting XI for Saturday’s Scottish Premiership clash with Dundee – and Gers fans were delighted with his impact for the Light Blues.

Miller made his first start since rupturing his hamstring during the December 13th meeting with Hibs at Easter Road and came into the side to replace the injured Josh Windass – which didn’t leave Gers fans happy pre-match.

The veteran striker opened the scoring with five minutes left in the first-half when he rifled home Jamie Murphy’s pass to ease the growing tension around Ibrox as Dundee tried to stifle the Gers.

Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

The Gers went into the clash with Dundee on the back of failing to win any of their last three games following defeats by Celtic and Kilmarnock and last weekend’s draw with Motherwell.

The veteran striker played in the number ten role behind Alfredo Morelos as the Gers tried to build some momentum ahead of next weekend’s Scottish Cup semi-final with Celtic at Hampden.

Miller has scored three times in 18 appearances for the Glasgow giants in the Scottish Premiership this season as he enters the final weeks of his contract at Ibrox.
