Rangers fans savage ’embarrassing’ Union Bears message after win v Dundee
Rangers fans have hit out at ultras group Union Bears after they left Ibrox early following the 5-2 win against Dundee.
The players were set to do a lap of appreciation for the fans after their final home game of the season, but the group departed before to send a message.
This was in protest of the performances on the pitch which saw Rangers blow their shot at beating Celtic to the SPFL title.
A defeat at Parkhead at the weekend left the Hoops six points clear at the top of the table, while Philippe Clement’s side has failed to win a single Old Firm derby this season.

Other Gers supporters fumed at their decision to walk out, labelling them “embarrassing” and “pathetic” while calling for them to back the players.
Some fans, however, backed the decision, deciding that the players didn’t deserve their praise.
Others highlighted that the protest was harsh on the likes of Cole McKinnon and Robbie Fraser – two academy graduates who featured from the bench v Dundee.
