Rangers fans stunned by Todd Cantwell twist after ’embarrassing’ leak
Rangers fans have been left stunned after an image emerged allegedly showing Todd Cantwell’s agent offering him out for a move away from Ibrox.
The image, initially shared by reports in Italy before doing the rounds on social media, was a screenshot of a message sent by former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique – Cantwell’s agent.
Enrique had intended to contact Lecce coach Luca Gotti to the Rangers midfielder for a transfer this summer, but messaged the wrong account.
A mistake of this kind has angered fans, with one stating it is making the club into a “laughing stock”, with Cantwell once again the subject.
