No 1 is bigmouth who looked like competition winner: Five biggest Rangers flops of Banter Years
4. David Templeton
Templeton joined the Gers a matter of days after impressing for Hearts in a Europa League clash with Liverpool.
The man named after Rangers legend Davie Cooper then proceeded to spend much of his time at Ibrox on the treatment table and would give Jordan Rossiter a run for his money for how long was spent with the physios at the Gers’ Auchenhowie base.
Templeton seemed to then develop a phobia of artificial pitches as he made sporadic appearances for the Gers between his spells on the sidelines.
Inexplicably, for someone who had such a hard time playing on 4G pitches, Templeton eventually signed for Hamilton after leaving Ibrox.
