2. Kris Boyd
If there’s been one thing Kris Boyd has been able to do consistently across his career it is score goals.
The former Rangers striker is the top goalscorer in the Scottish top-flight since they broke away from the Scottish Football League in the late 90s and most expected the goal machine to do what he does best when he returned to Ibrox for a second spell.
It wasn’t to be and Boyd looked lazy, overweight and uninterested as his second spell at Ibrox ended in farce with the former Scotland star barely able to muster a shot on target at times, never mind score.
Since leaving Ibrox, Boyd has rediscovered his scoring touch with Kilmarnock and is the Scottish Premiership’s top goalscorer so far this season.
