The Mexican was nowhere as influential as he was during the 3-0 win in midweek but showed what flashes of brilliance that are quickly becoming expected – even if doing it over most of the game seems lost on the 27-year-old.
Continues to find himself in fantastic spaces although is not always spotted by his team-mates.
Replaced by Daniel Candeias in the aftermath of Ryan Jack’s red card before getting involved in a flashpoint of his own with Adam Rooney.
