Niko Kranjcar’s performance seems to have really split opinion – with very little middle ground.
The Croatian clearly doesn’t have the same engine as Jason Holt or the same willingness to get into a scrap as Alfredo Morelos but the intelligence he brings to games is streets ahead of almost anyone in a Rangers jersey.
Some of the little flicks, step-overs and movement off-the-ball by the veteran is brilliant to watch and his deft touch in the build up to the second goal was lovely.
Veteran also has moments when it looks like he’s simply going through the motions in games.
