Struggled to get involved in the first-half after scoring nine in his last five games.
The 24-year-old first teamer tried hard enough but little came off for him as Hearts done well to keep him out of the game before the break.
Should have made it 2-0 but managed to fire over the bar when it was easier to score.
Blew a number of good chances in the second-half as his off-day.
Windass hopefully shows a reaction against St. Johnstone on Tuesday
