Always looks capable of making something happen for the Gers but decision making let him down at times.
28-year-old created Kenny Miller’s opening goal for the Light Blues and saw lots of the ball as the Gers tried to get in behind the Dundee defence.
Murphy has been a huge part of the Gers’ attacking play since his arrival from Brighton in January and is likely to be a focal point of how Murty’s side set-up at Hampden next weekend.
Grabbed the Gers third goal of the game to finish the game off and give the Light Blues a well deserved three points.
