Drifted in and out of the first-half but dragged defenders out of position allowing the likes of Candeias and Cummings to get in behind.
Clever pass set Cummings on his way to open the scoring after 15 minutes.
After 10 goals in seven games going into the Scottish Cup clash, Windass was well marshalled by the Bairns defence in the opening 45 as they paid particular attention to the former Accrington star.
Will need to be more involved against Celtic next week.
