Portuguese defender given a rare run out under Graeme Murty and didn’t do anything wrong.
Worked well alongside Bates and played a few really good long balls forward as Rangers continued to increase the pressure on the Brazilians.
Unlikely to return to the first-team for competitive games any time soon but will have given Graeme Murty a little bit more confidence in his ability.
Of the two central defenders in the second-half, Cardoso had the better performance.
