Rangers set for ‘big change’ this summer after source’s exodus reveal – expert
Alan Hutton has insisted Rangers are going through a “big change” at the moment.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gers defender was “worried” by the number of exits from within the club hierarchy.
On Monday (8 May), sources told this site that head of hospitality Pippa Dickson is the next member of senior staff leaving Ibrox.
She joins husband and former director of finance and football Andrew Dickson, ex-sporting director Ross Wilson and former academy chief Craig Mulholland who have all left the Glasgow club.
Managing director Stewart Robertson is also set to stand down from his post at the end of the current campaign.
Hutton insisted the club need to get their next appointments right.
“I think it is probably coming to the end of a cycle in terms of playing staff and hierarchy,” he told Football Insider.
“It is going through a big change and there is a lot of pressure going into this new season. With Celtic winning the league and probably the treble, it is really important that Rangers kick start next season and hit the ground running.

“They have to get recruitment right. A lot of people who have been at the club for a long period of time are now leaving. They have to fill them with the right people moving forward because they can’t afford to make any mistakes.
“There was a bit of a worry, it seemed like every other day somebody was leaving. But as long as they get the appointments right in the right places I do not see it being a problem.“
