Rasmus Hojlund sends message to Man United fans as full stats emerge
Man United striker Rasmus Hojlund bagged a brace in their 3-2 Europa League win over Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt on Thursday (November 28).
Ruben Amorim secured his first win as Man United manager thanks to goals from young duo Alejandro Garnacho, 20, and Hojlund, 21.
Bodo/Glimt went 2-1 up just ahead of the half-hour mark, leaving Amorim’s side with much work to be done as they went down the tunnel for half-time.
Whatever the Portuguese coach said during the break seemed to work, as United came out firing in the second half, with Hojlund netting two goals within just five minutes.
The Danish striker had arguably his best game in a United shirt, ending the match with two goals and an assist, an 80 percent pass accuracy rate, and two chances created.
Man United ace Rasmus Hojlund off to a good start under Ruben Amorim
Hojlund and fellow striker Joshua Zirkzee have struggled so far this season, making just nine goal contributions between them before the game against Bodo/Glimt.
Amorim knows how to get the best out of his forwards, however, helping Viktor Gyokeres become arguably the best in the world while at Sporting.
With three goal contributions in just 112 minutes of play under Amorim, Hojlund is making quite the impression, taking to Instagram to celebrate.

With a trip to Sean Dyche’s struggling Everton side on Sunday (December 1) up next, Hojlund has every opportunity to add to his tally.
There is still work to be done, however, as United sit down in 12th, six points behind rivals Chelsea and Arsenal in the Champions League spots.
