Serge Atakayi is another attacker who could find himself in Graeme Murty’s first-team squad as the season progresses.
The jet-heeled starlet was part of the group who travelled to Florida over the winter break and played in the friendly wins over Corinthians and Atletico Mineiro.
Atakayi was in fantastic goal-scoring form for the Gers’ under-20’s last year and while he’s not been as prolific recently, the Congolese winger is a massive prospect for the Light Blues.
After playing first-team football in Finland before moving to Ibrox and could find that an advantage as he tries to force his way into Graeme Murty’s plans.
