Celtic’s number seven managed just four appearances for the Hoops last season before being loaned out, and now returns way down the pecking order in Glasgow.
The likes of James Forrest, Jonny Hayes and Scott Sinclair are all ahead of him in the pecking order, and although he offers depth, offloading him would be in the best interests of everyone.
With a lack of depth without Ciftci, Celtic must look to rival Everton for Grosicki in order to add both quality and much-needed cover.
