Richarlison may return sooner than expected after what expert has seen at Tottenham
Tottenham star Richarlison may return earlier than expected after suffering an injury ahead of the Premier League restart.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
According to The Athletic (13 December), Richarlison has undergone scans on a hamstring issue and is set for a spell on the sidelines as Tottenham embark on a fixture-packed festive period.

Football Insider medical expert Ben Dinnery has claimed (14 December) the Brazil international may not be fit to feature for Tottenham until 2023 – with a “four-week” layoff possible.
However, Wenham claims the attacker could return far sooner.
“I have seen people saying that Richarlison is going to be out for a month,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“But yesterday he was on the exercise bike at Hotspur Way. Now, people who are a month away from getting fit don’t tend to be on those bikes so I’m not totally convinced he will be out for a month.
“I would imagine he is pencilled in to return for the Arsenal game and he will be looking to get minutes in the Portsmouth game ahead of that North London derby.
“He doesn’t have the best luck, does he? We all want to see if he can carry on his World Cup form when he comes back to us but it looks like we will have to wait a bit, even if it isn’t a month.”

Richarlison led the line for Brazil in four of their five World Cup games, scoring three goals before they were knocked out by Croatia on penalties at the quarter-final stage.
The summer signing has started just five Premier League games for Spurs – a clear sign he sits behind Harry Kane, Heung-min Son, and Dejan Kulusevski in the pecking order.
