Robinson tips Aston Villa to sanction Grealish exit after Man City bid update
Aston Villa will be tempted to sell Jack Grealish if Manchester City submit a bid of at least £90million.
That is the view of former Spurs and England number one Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 25-year-old’s future at Villa Park.
Grealish is one of Pep Guardiola’s top targets this summer, along with Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
As revealed by Football Insider (12th July), Man City are lining up a £90million bid for Grealish.
The England international desires Champions League football and is also keen to develop his game under Guardiola.
Grealish put pen to paper on a new five-year contract last September that runs until the summer of 2025.

When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs whether £90million would likely be enough to tempt Dean Smith’s side into parting with their prized asset, Robinson said:
“It will be interesting to see if £90million is enough to test Villa’s resolve, I think it might.
“We have seen them test Arsenal’s resolve with a few cheeky bids for Smith Rowe and you start to question whether they are resigned to losing Jack Grealish this summer.
“Let’s be honest, £90million for a player of Grealish’s quality is not unacceptable. It is probably about right.
“He played a bit-part in Euros but every time he did come on he has a big effect on the game. I wish he was given more minutes. He is a phenomenal talent.”
