Rodrigo Moreno: Leeds United tipped to axe big-money signing after early team news – pundit
Rodrigo Moreno will be axed from the Leeds United starting XI when Patrick Bamford is fit to start.
That is the view of former Premier League striker Kevin Campbell, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about who will make way for Bamford, 28, when he returns to full fitness.
Bamford has played just 22 minutes of football since mid-September because of injury.

On Saturday (5 March), he returned to the Whites bench but was an unused substitute in a 1-0 loss at Leicester City.
As quoted by Leeds Live (9 March), Jesse Marsch revealed Bamford will definitely play a part against Aston Villa tonight.
However, he insisted the centre-forward will not start at Elland Road.
Campbell believes £27million signing Rodrigo will make way when Bamford is fit to start.
“They need Bamford back fit and firing,” he told Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs.
“The quicker you can get him in, the better. The worry is, they don’t have much time to get him up to speed. Perhaps he gets just a half against Villa.
“Listen, you could take your pick between [Dan] James and Rodrigo as to who comes out of that side when Bamford is fit to start.

“I’d say James has been more consistent than Rodrigo. For that reason, I would expect Rodrigo to make way for Bamford when he is ready.
“The crucial thing is that Bamford plays as much as possible between now and the end of the season. They need him.”
