Scotland fans slam Premier League star as ‘rotten’ during Belarus clash
Scotland supporters have been left fuming at one Premier League star during their crucial 2-1 World Cup qualifying win over Belarus.
Goals from Che Adams and Scott McTominay continues to put Scotland in a strong position to qualify for their first World Cup since 1998.
It was a far from routine victory with a Belarus equaliser ruled out for a foul on McTominay in the build-up before the visitors set up a nervy ending with a late goal.
Scotland face Denmark at Hampden Park and Greece away to finish their campaign, with two wins guaranteeing qualification.

Gannon Doak slammed after Scotland performance
Winger Gannon Doak joined Bournemouth from Liverpool during the summer transfer window, but has yet to kickstart his career on the south coast.
James McFadden was surprised at the decision to substitute Doak against Greece, in a match Scotland came from a goal down to win.
However, Scotland fans swarmed social media to criticise his performance against Belarus.
“That Ben gannon doak is one greedy wee player ..needs to look up in box & pass when option is better, he has potential no doubt just needs some composure,” posted one fan.
One fan believes Doak needs to improve his decision making: “Has to be said we’ve been pish. Ben Gannon Doak’s decision making needs some serious work, good player but picks the wrong option way to often.“
Doak was not substituted until the 89th minute, but one fan would have taken him off at half-time: “I would take that Doak off at half time, useless, decision making pathetic.”
A support believes Doak only has one attribute to his game: “Doak is fast that’s it … terrible decision making , Scotland been dreadful here … first half“
“Am gonna say it, Doak is massively overrated. His final decision is absolutely honking,” a fan posted.
“What is this nonsense about Gannon-Doak ? There is absolutely zero point beating someone and firing it right out the park. Zero end product. Absolute speedboat,” a support asked.
Doak’s area of improvement revealed
Doak has started the past three Scotland fixtures, signalling that Steve Clarke is beginning to put increased faith in the 19-year-old.
Whilst Doak is a fine player getting at his full-back down the wing, the Bournemouth winger does need to work on his crossing ability.
