Known for his low centre of gravity and driving runs from the middle of the park, the pocket-sized central midfielder has plenty to offer Caixinha’s first team.
With Andy Halliday leaving on loan and Pena unproven in the top tier of Scottish football, 18-year-old Burt should be given a chance from the bench alongside the likes of Josh Windass and Jordan Rossiter.
