Cuco Martina (Left-back) – The defender has adapted well to playing out of position, and deserves to keep his place in the team.
Ashley Williams (Centre-back) – The defender is back to his old self under Allardyce and his experience is needed against a Swansea team who are looking to cause an upset.
Mason Holgate (Centre-back) – After impressing in his last four league outings, the young defender should stay in the team despite Phil Jagielka being closer to 100% fitness.
Jonjoe Kenny (Right-back) – One of the bright lights in the Toffees’ season when they were struggling, and the defender has continued to put in accomplished performances, should start on Monday.
