‘Sensational’ Bukayo Saka tipped to tear Tottenham part after what pundit has seen
Bukayo Saka could prove to be the difference for Arsenal in this weekend’s North London derby.
That’s according to former Rangers and Scotland boss Alex McLeish, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about this weekend’s game against Tottenham.
Arsenal and Tottenham face off at the Emirates on Saturday (1 October) after experiencing impressive starts to the season.
Saka, 21, caught the eye while away with England during the international break, setting up Mason Mount’s goal against Germany by skipping past three defenders before finding the Chelsea man.
McLeish insists Saka will prove to be the difference against Tottenham if he continues his fine form.
“Two tremendous teams, I really like what Conte is doing with Spurs,” McLeish told Football Insider’s Ben Wild.
“At the Emirates, maybe Arsenal are slight favourites. Watching the England game the other night, the two substitutes, Saka and Mount came on and totally transformed the game for England.
“They are two young, energetic, enterprising, talented players but I really do like Saka. He has the ability to beat people within the space of two or three yards.
“Just with the movement of his hips, he is so mobile. I thought he was the real catalyst for England the other night. Ok, Mount scored a great goal but when Arsenal are trying to break down Tottenham, Saka is the key guy there.
“He is a sensational talent.”

The Gunners currently sit top of the table while Tottenham sit third and remain unbeaten.
Each side won their respective home games against the other last season.
