The Hoops’ big summer signing at £4.5million from Manchester City may have took time to fully gain the trust of Brendan Rodgers, but he is now firmly established as one of the most important players in the side.
Came of age at Ibrox in March where he dragged a 10 man Hoops side to a famous 3-2 victory which all but clinched the league title, he was also one of the few players to perform consistently in Europe.
Seems to have a big future ahead of him, which hopefully for Hoops fans will include the 22-year-old spending a few more seasons in Glasgow.
