Sources: Celtic want £20m for Kyogo Furuhashi
Celtic want £20million if they are to let star striker Kyogo Furuhashi leave this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Kyogo is attracting fresh interest from clubs in Germany and Italy and remains a target of several clubs in England.
Crystal Palace have been long-term admirers of the 28-year-old and still want to sign the striker, as previously revealed by this site.
But the Hoops are not willing to sell and it will take offers of at least £20million to lure him away from Parkhead.
The Japan international’s current contract runs until 2025 after signing with the Glasgow giants back in 2021.
Crystal Palace are no stranger to poaching Celtic strikers after they signed beloved goalscorer Odsonne Edouard shortly after Kyogo’s arrival.
Since touching down in London, Edouard has made 65 appearances for the Eagles across all competitions and has scored 12 goals and provided five assists in those outings.
Since arriving in Scotland Kyogo has made 78 appearances across all competitions and recently netted his 50th goal for the club in the 2-0 win over Hearts on 7 May.

Kyogo has been named in the PFA team of the year alongside six of his Celtic teammates.
The goalscorer has also been nominated for player of the year at Parkhead alongside Cameron Carter-Vickers and Callum McGregor and has been announced as one of the nominees for the PFA Scotland’s Premiership player of the year.
In other news, there has been a big Celtic manager update after three Premier League clubs shortlist him.
