
Sources: Italian club submits Alfredo Morelos offer as Rangers exit confirmed
Alfredo Morelos will leave Rangers football club this summer and multiple clubs round Europe are hoping to land his signature, sources have told Football Insider.
Morelos will announce his next club within just weeks but first wants to give his full focus to the last five games he has at Ibrox.
The Columbia international, 26, has offers from clubs in Italy and Spain as well as multiple other nations and will be playing in new colours next season.
Manager Michael Beale confirmed at his Friday media briefing that both Morelos and Kent will leave Glasgow this summer as the club begins a rebuild.
Rangers are looking for a new frontman and despite starting the majority of games Beale has been in the hotseat for a new deal has not come to fruition for the 26-year-old.
Morelos has been a key figure for last seasons Europa League finalists since his arrival at the club six years ago becoming a fan favourite and sometimes a figure of frustration.
There will be a large number of players heading for the exit at Ibrox as a new era dawn under the current manager and many key figures will join Morelos in leaving Rangers.
The striker nicknamed “El Buffalo” helped Rangers win title number 55 and took the club on great European runs that propelled them back to the top of the Scottish game.

Ryan Kent, Filip Helander, Scott Arfield and goalkeeper John McLaughlin are just some of the players understood to be joining the striker in leaving Glasgow.
Morelos signed for Rangers in 2017 from HJK Helsinki, he has gone on to play 267 times for the club and scored 124 goals along the way. He also cemented his place in history becoming the clubs top all time European goalscorer.
