Jarrod Bowen is set to undergo a West Ham medical today after Hull City accepted their bid for him, Football Insider understands.

The east Londoners are set to finalise the landmark signing of the free-scoring forward after gatecrashing Crystal Palace's swoop for him yesterday.

A West Ham source has told Football Insider the club have agreed a fee of £21million including performance-related add-ons for Bowen.

The capture of the 23-year-old would be a huge coup for the Londoners given the interest in Bowen in this window.

In addition to Palace, Newcastle have also tabled a bid over the last week for the left-footed attacker although that was rejected and they subsequently withdrew their interest.

Palace signalled they had given up pursuing Bowen last night as they turned their attention to a £15million swoop for free-scoring QPR playmaker Eberechi Eze.

The east Londoners have subsequently increased their offer to £21m and are now hopeful of agreeing a deal ahead of tonight's 11pm transfer cut-off.

Bowen has been one of the outstanding players in this season's Championship, scoring 16 goals in the competition from his right-sided attacking role.
