Sources: Leeds set to agree multiple permanent deals

Multiple on-loan Leeds United stars could seal permanent moves away from the club this month, sources have told Football Insider.

Clauses in a number of top Whites aces meant that they were allowed to leave on season-long deals following the club’s relegation at the end of the 2022-23 campaign.

It is believed Leeds could now sanction permanent deals for players who they deem to be not part of the long-term plan at Elland Road.

One player who is already set to sign a long-term contract elsewhere is Germany international Robin Koch.

Football Insider revealed on Monday (8 January) that Koch is in advanced talks with loan club Eintracht Frankfurt over a permanent move to the Bundesliga side.

Austria international Max Wober also left Leeds on loan last summer and is now a regular at German side Borussia Monchengladbach.

The 25-year-old has made 17 appearances across all competitions this term, notching one goal and two assists.

Brenden Aaronson, Marc Roca and Rasmus Kristensen also headed out on European loans, joining Union Berlin, Real Betis and Roma respectively.

Jack Harrison joined Everton on a season-long deal and has made a big impact for Sean Dyche’s side in their battle against relegation.

The winger has managed two goals and three assists in 19 games for the Merseysiders.

Luis Sinisterra joined Bournemouth in a late-window deal after playing for Leeds in the Championship earlier this season.

He has played 12 times in the Premier League for the Cherries, scoring two goals and grabbing one assist.

Leeds, who have loaned in Jaidon Anthony and Joe Rodon this term, sit fourth in the Championship as they vie for promotion back to the Premier League.
