Sources: Leeds United star Darko Gyabi agrees Plymouth Argyle deal
Leeds United star Darko Gyabi has agreed a deal to join Plymouth Argyle, sources have told Football Insider.
The midfielder, 19, is set to join the Championship club on loan for the rest of the season in a move that could be announced by the end of Thursday.
Sources have said that Leeds have accepted Plymouth’s loan offer for Gyabi and the deal will be signed imminently.

The giant midfielder has also been the subject of strong interest from Rangers, Sheffield Wednesday and QPR.
Gyabi, who joined from Man City for £5million in the summer of 2022, has been given the green light to move after making just two appearances for Leeds this season.
Football Insider revealed (10 January) that the Pilgrims had opened talks with Leeds regarding a loan move for the youngster.
Ian Foster’s side have been eager for recruitment in the midfield after Finn Azaz and Luke Cundle were recalled from their season-long loans by Aston Villa and Wolves respectively.
Gyabi has been given just 46 minutes of action this season across his two senior outings – a late substitute appearance in Leeds’ win against Ipswich Town and a start against Shrewsbury Town in the EFL Cup.
The 2022-born star has also been a regular in England’s youth sides, making his last appearance for the under-20s in a 3-2 win against Germany back in November.

Plymouth sit 18th in the Championship and next travel to Huddersfield Town on Saturday (13 January).
Leeds have slipped down to fourth after a patchy run of form and will play Cardiff City, also on Saturday.
