Sources: PSV make move to sign Rangers target Todd Cantwell
PSV Eindhoven are rivalling Rangers for Norwich attacker Todd Cantwell after making a surprise enquiry for the player, sources have told Football Insider.
The Dutch giants are in the market for attacking reinforcements following the departure of Cody Gakpo to Liverpool earlier this month.
Norwich are willing to listen to offers for the attacking midfielder, who is out of contract at Carrow Road in the summer.

New Norwich boss David Wagner is open to letting Cantwell move on before the window shuts this month to make room in his squad for potential new signings.
Rangers and Blackburn Rovers are also chasing Cantwell’s signature this month.
Cantwell, 24, is well known to PSV having previously played in Holland during a loan spell at Fortuna Sittard in 2018.
His time with Fortuna Sittard saw Cantwell make 10 appearances for the side and score two goals.
Upon his return to Carrow Road, Cantwell became a breakthrough star in the first team and played a major role in winning both the 2018/19 and 2020/21 Championship titles.
In his 129 appearances for the Canaries, Cantwell has scored 14 goals – six of which came during his time in the Premier League.

However, he has since fallen down the pecking order at Norwich and looks likely to make a move away from the club this month.
Michael Beale spoke positively about Rangers’ transfer business this week, urging the club to make “good choices” when bringing in future players.
