Sources: Wolves reject Getafe loan bid for Hugo Bueno
Wolves have rejected an offer from Getafe for defender Hugo Bueno, sources have told Football Insider.
Bueno, 19, has yet to make his debut for the first team, but he was named on the bench for the opening Premier League game of the season against Leeds.
Getafe made an approach to take Bueno on loan from Molineux, but Wolves have turned down the approach with Bruno Lage keen to keep the left-sided full-back at the club.

As quoted by the Express & Star earlier this month (19 August), Lage revealed Bueno is one of “two or three good kids” who have the potential to break into the senior side.
Rayan Ait-Nouri and Jonny Otto are Lage’s senior left-backs as he has moved to a back-four system this season.
As well as the game with Leeds, Bueno was also named on the bench as Wolves beat Preston North End in the second round of the EFL Cup.
The Spain Under-18 international moved to the club in the summer of 2019 and has been prolific for their youth teams.
He has scored four times and provided 10 assists in 46 games across all competitions for Wolves Under-21s, including a run of three goals in three Premier League 2 games last season.

Wolves are one of three sides yet to win in the Premier League this season and currently sit second from bottom of the table.
They travel to the south coast to face managerless Bournemouth on Wednesday night (31 August).
In other news, an ex-Premier League referee was left “shuddering” as controversial Pedro Neto footage emerges from Wolves.
