Poch must rest weary star now: Three things we learned from Tottenham draw v West Ham

Midfield bereft of attacking ideas

The partnership of Eric Dier and Moussa Sissoko in the centre of the park was not one that created much in the way of attacking chances for Spurs and did little to support Harry Kane up front.
Neither created the kind of urgency going forward needed to bring the game to life and it looked for all the world a game that would have benefited from Harry Winks or Mousa Dembele.
Sissoko particularly looked lost in midfield. Poor defensively and in possession where he regularly gave the ball away,  seemingly unable to find another man in white.
The Frenchman has played 29 times in all competitions this season and it showed.
Pochettino obviously agreed as he substituted both Sissoko and Dier in the 74th minute with the more attacking Erik Lamela and Victor Wanyama entering the field of play. Sissoko needs a serious rest from the first team.
