Stan Collymore predicts Tottenham v Middlesbrough

Stan Collymore believes Tottenham will run out a convincing win over Middlesbrough in Saturday evening’s Premier League clash.
The two sides are preparing to face each other at White Hart Lane for BT Sports’ 5.30pm kick off.
Spurs are in good form in the league despite a 0-0 draw against Sunderland in midweek, while Boro are struggling in 15th.
Tottenham are strong favourites to pick up all three points and Collymore has predicted a convincing 4-0 victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s outfit.
Tottenham have a good record against the north east side, losing just one of their last 10 meetings, while winning six and drawing three times.
When the two sides met earlier in the season the result was a lot closer than Collymore’s prediction, finishing 2-1 to Tottenham.
However, with Spurs boasting the joint best defensive unit in the league, while Boro have the worst strike rate, the stats would suggest the three points will be heading in the north London club’s direction.
A win for Tottenham could see them close the gap on leaders Chelsea, or move clear of third placed Arsenal with both London clubs set to play in the afternoon kick off.
But, a defeat could see them drop out of the Champions League spots with just one point separating fifth from second.
