Stan Collymore predicts Tottenham v Sunderland
By Harvey Byrne
Stan Collymore believes that Tottenham will run out easy victors against Sunderland on Tuesday evening.
The north London club are preparing to face the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light in a clash which sees third place take on bottom of the league.
It will be the first time the two sides have met since their clash at White Hart Lane in September, which was settled by a Harry Kane strike on the hour mark in the 1-0 victory.
Outspoken pundit Collymore believes Tottenham will pull off a better performance away on Tuesday and has predicted a 3-1 victory for Spurs.
Tottenham are on a good run of form, picking up eight victories from their last nine fixtures in all competitions.
Their only dropped points came in their last league meeting where they faced Manchester City at the Etihad, coming back from two goals down to draw 2-2.
Mauricio Pochettino and his team will still have aspirations of winning the league title with just nine points currently separating them from league leaders Chelsea.
However, they will know that a midweek clash against bottom of the league Sunderland is a must win if they are to stand a chance of winning their first Premier League trophy.
In other Tottenham news, this senior Spurs player held talks with Pochettino following speculation of a move.
