The fixtures Dan James will miss at Leeds United after suffering injury blow
Leeds United have been dealt another injury blow to winger Dan James just as he returned to the bench against Bournemouth.
James started the first three matches of the season, but missed Leeds’ 3-1 win at Wolves due to a core injury.
The 27-year-old was an unused substitute in Leeds’ 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, where a 93rd minute Eli Junior Kroupi goal denied Daniel Farke’s side three points.
The Whites have had a solid start to the campaign, with eight points from six Premier League games, leaving them 12th in the table.

Dan James could miss nine fixtures amid fresh injury blow
Speaking to the press before Leeds welcome Spurs to Elland Road next, Farke confirmed that James has picked up an ankle problem which will keep the Welshman out for four to six weeks.
Alongside up to missing five Premier League fixtures, James will miss Wales’ international friendly with England and their World Cup qualifier with Belgium.
James could also miss the next international break in November, with further World Cup qualifying matches against Belgium and Liechtenstein.

James injury concerns may push through January deal
With Wilfried Gnonto also on the sidelines, Farke started striker Noah Okafor and midfielder Brenden Aaronson out wide against Bournemouth.
Leeds had only scored one goal from open play before netting five in their past two matches, and a natural winger in the side would add a different dimension to their attack.
James’ pace and direct approach will be a miss from either the start or from the bench over the coming month where Leeds have winnable fixtures against the likes of Burnley and West Ham.
Leeds are pursuing Fulham’s Harry Wilson, and James’ early season injury problems may speed up a move in the January transfer window.
