Forrest was in player of the year form before the winter break in December, but since the side have returned to action he has been a shadow of the player he once was.
Was able to beat his man on occasion against Kilmarnock, but when he did his crosses into the penalty box were cleared with ease.
Perhaps a spell on the bench and a rest is what he needs to regain the form that made him so good in the first-half of the season.
