In-form player axed in three changes: Celtic expected XI v Rangers

Craig Gordon (Goalkeeper) – Expected to replace in-form Scott Bain, who may be axed and replaced by Gordon. The Hoops’ number one goalkeeper is expected to return after missing out against Hamilton because of their artificial pitch
Deryck Boyata (Centre-back) – Expected to keep his place in the team as Brendan Rodgers is a big fan, the Belgian will have to play far better than he did in his last appearance against the Ibrox men
Kristoffer Ajer (Centre-back) – Expected to keep his place in the side as he is currently the Hoops best defender, he will be expected to have another good game in what has been an excellent debut season
Jozo Simunovic (Centre-back) – Expected to replace Jack Hendry, the 23-year-old will have a chance to make amends after being rather harshly sent-off in the Old Firm clash at Ibrox last month
